ADDENDUM #3 <br />DATE: MONDAY, MARCH 20, 2023 <br />TO: ALL PLANHOLDERS <br />FROM: PURCHASING MANAGER <br />BID NO.: INVITATION TO BID 23-02-01 EAST END OF 172ND STREET ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br />SUBJECT: ADDENDUM NO. 3 <br />Bidder must attach this addendum to the documents in your possession and include the <br />Acknowledgement of Addenda form with your response incorporated with your firm's bid. <br />Q1. The plans refer in the LEGEND to PROPOSED CATCH BASIN (CB) and "Modify Inlet Top" <br />within the plans. Are these new structures or are we just adjusting the existing top of the inlet? <br />Al. Adjusting the tops <br />Q2. Does the existing inlet allow for a change of 15 -inch pipe to 24 -inch pipe? Is there <br />sufficient room for the new specified pipe? <br />A2. Yes, we will verify alignment prior to ordering pipe, if there are any issues during <br />construction we can eliminate this connections. <br />Q3. The plans call for RCP for the drainage. Is an alternate such as HP pipe or HDPE pipe <br />acceptable? <br />A3. No. <br />1 <br />
