The sewer main upgrades included bypassing sewer mains. Full <br />reconstruction of the roadway, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, paver <br />sidewalks, lighting upgrades, full intersection signalization installation, pedestrian <br />signalization upgrades, milling and resurfacing, striping, and guardrail installation. <br />c.
