Proposals will be considered irregular and may be <br />rejected if they show serious omissions, alterations in form, additions not called for, <br />conditions, unauthorized alterations, or irregularities of any kind. <br /> <br />City reserves the right to reject any Proposal if City believes that it would not be in its best <br />interest to make an award to a particular Consultant, either because the Proposal is not <br />responsive, the Consultant is unqualified, of doubtful financial ability, or fails to meet any <br />other pertinent criteria established by City within the scope of this solicitation. <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br />
