Public Inspection of Charter Amendments. Copies of this Ordinance providing for <br />the Charter Amendments, subject to this referendum approval, are on file in the Office of the <br />City Clerk of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles <br />Beach, Florida 33169, and will be available for public inspection during regular business hours. <br />Section 8. Effectiveness. The Charter Amendments set forth in Section 2 of this Ordinance <br />shall become effective if the majority of qualified electors voting on the Charter Amendments <br />vote for their adoption; and they shall be considered adopted and effective upon certification of <br />the election results. Following adoption of the Charter Amendments, the City Clerk shall file the <br />adopted Charter Amendments to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Miami -Dade County, Florida. <br />13 <br />
