Neely, Finance Director <br />DATE: April 20, 2023 <br />RE: Budget Amendment BA2223-02 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of this Ordinance. <br />REASONS: <br />Budget Amendment BA2223-02 records the following necessary budget transactions: <br />1. Unaudited fund balance carryovers from prior fiscal year for all funds. <br />2. Purchase order carryovers from prior fiscal year. <br />3. Routine transfers between existing budgeted accounts to account for actual expenditure needs for <br />FY 2022-2023. <br />4. Budget increases to Revenues for actual amounts received. <br />5. Transfers to the ARPA Fund for actual ARPA revenues and eligible ARPA expenditures incurred fo <br />FY 2022-2023. <br />6. Increase funds for Commission Retroactive salary increases per the Consumer Price Index(CPI). <br />7. Transfer funds from HR to Police Department for FY 2022/23 PBA/Step Plan Raises. <br />8. Transfers Out to Capital Projects from General Fund to increase appropriations for the Atlantic Isle! <br />Bridge Rehabilitation and the Golden Shores Pump Station projects. <br />9. Increase funds for the purchase of a Bus and Van; price increase for a Bus on order and relatec <br />graphics for these vehicles. <br />10.
