Automobile service operations <br /> <br />b. Garage-Keeper’s Direct Legal Liability Insurance with minimum combined single limit coverage <br />of $1,000,000 per occurrence to protect the owners of any and all vehicles or trailers, towed or <br />stored from Proposer, pursuant to this Agreement, from loss, or damage to such vehicle or <br />trailer on account of such removal or storage. <br /> <br />2.11.1 Comprehensive General Liability Insurance <br /> <br />Contractor shall be required to purchase, maintain, and keep in full force, effect, and good <br />standing, Comprehensive General Liability with primary limits of One Million Dollars <br />($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate during the <br />initial and any renewal term of this Agreement. Coverage must be afforded on a form no <br />more restrictive than the latest edition of the Comprehensive General Liability policy, <br />without restrictive endorsements, as filed by the Insurance Services Office, and must <br />include: <br /> <br />• Premises and Ongoing Completed Operations – on a primary and non- <br />contributory basis including waiver of subrogation on behalf of the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach. <br />• Independent Contractors <br />• Broad Form Property Damage <br />• Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific Contract, including <br />any hold <br />• Harmless and/or indemnification agreement. <br />• Personal Injury Coverage with Employee and Contractual Exclusions removed, <br />with minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability <br />and Property Damage Liability. <br />• Name The City of Sunny Isles Beach as an “Additional Insured”. <br /> <br />2.11.2 Umbrella Insurance <br /> <br />Contractor shall be required to purchase, maintain, and keep in full force, effect, and good <br />standing, Umbrella Liability Insurance above the primary commercial general liability, <br />automobile liability, and employers' liability policies required herein. The limit shall not <br />be less than three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) each occurrence and annual aggregate <br />per occurrence during the initial and any renewal term of this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.11.3 Worker’s Compensation Insurance <br />
