31 <br /> <br /> <br /> HHU will extract information recorded <br /> Retains a running total of quantity and type of debris hauled by each particular vehicle <br /> Maintains all data and records per FEMA requirements. <br /> Populates the FEMA Debris removal Project worksheet templates. <br /> Collects data without internet connection. <br /> Includes durable portable printers for printing of load tickets if necessary. <br /> <br /> <br />DP&O TRKR™ database shall also include all information on debris removal including, but not limited <br />to: <br />• load ticket, DMS & Disposal information (with Photos) <br />• vehicle certification with photos and bar code data; trucks not operating/ down. <br />• leaner, hanger, stump removal information <br />• Ticket Data information with Photos. <br />• Ticket status (in progress, completed) <br />c.) Personnel Provided for TDMS Location, Field Monitors, Supervisor and Administrative Support, <br />Project Manager Assigned to the City: DP&O will secure, at its expense, all necessary personnel required to <br />perform the services under the City’s RFP No. 23-04-02. DP&O’s personnel will not be employees of or have <br />any contractual relationship with the City or the City’s DMC. DP&O’s staffing plan shall include the positions <br />listed above. <br />d.) List of Equipment: DP&O is supplying all necessary supplies, safety, and monitoring equipment Including <br />PPE necessary to mobilize, and maintain debris monitoring operations. <br />DP&O is an approved AT&T FirstNet Responder, Member ID M-5763234, registered with NPPGov. This <br />allows DP&O and our clients priority access to cell and internet post disaster as a first responder with AT&T <br />FirstNet. DP&O maintains 175 Frist Net Android Sonim weather and shock proof cell phones and I phones. <br />Emergency ID Badges for all Management and Field staff for access across police blocked/controlled areas. <br />Sonim, Android, XP8, AT&T First net cell phones (200+) for our ADMS TRKR HandHeld Units drop proof; <br />Being AT&T Frist Net contractors allows DP&O to have access to priority first responder internet and cell signals. <br />We can acquire additional units as required on short notice via our AT&T Frist net contract.
