Enterprises, Inc., of Leander, Texas. In this capacity, we have become very <br />familiar with their financial, management, and operational capabilities. T.F.R. Enterprises, Inc. is bonded through <br />Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America (Travelers), which has an A.M. Best Rating of A++ (Superior) with <br />a Financial Size Category of XV ($2 Billion or greater). Travelers has agreed to support performance and payment <br />bonds for single projects up to $100 Million as long as these projects fit within a $200 Million aggregate work program. <br /> <br />Please note that the decision to issue performance and payment bonds is a matter between T.F.R. Enterprises, Inc., <br />and Travelers, and will be subject to the review and approval of the contract terms, conditions and related <br />underwriting criteria at the time the bonds are requested.
