<br /> <br /> <br />Contract Manager: The contract manager will be <br />the ultimate liaison between the client and TFR for <br />the entirety of the debris mission. The contract <br />manager will be available 24 hours per day, 7 days <br />per week, with redundant communication capabilities <br />including cell phones, satellite phones, and email. <br />His/her responsibilities will include: <br />⋅ Primary client and consulting firm point of contact <br />⋅ Receipt of client direction and development of a <br />corporate strategy to best fulfill the client’s needs. <br />⋅ Communicate with the operations manager <br />regarding mobilizing resources <br />⋅ Supervise and execute contract documents <br />⋅ Ensure all corporate reports and deliverables are <br />meeting the client’s expectations <br /> <br />Site Manager: The site manager is responsible for all operations within their assigned debris <br />management site, including: <br />⋅ Safety compliance <br />⋅ Environmental compliance and monitoring at the site <br />⋅ Proper debris segregation and reduction <br />⋅ Coordination of reduction and haul-out schedules <br /> <br />Project Manager: The project managers are primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations within <br />the zone(s) to which they are assigned. The responsibilities of the project managers include: <br />⋅ Ensure all operational processes within their debris sone are being executed to full compliance <br />with the FEMA Debris Management Guide/Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide <br />⋅ In conjunction with the safety officer, host daily instructional and safety meetings <br />⋅ Serve as initial contact and point of resolution for any complaints <br />⋅ Direct all debris crews to their assigned work zones <br />⋅ Execution of daily reports, including the keeping of a daily log of activities within their zone <br />⋅ Assignment of daily road schedules <br /> <br />Safety Manager: The safety manager has complete responsibility and authority over all safety issues <br />at all levels of contract performance including the power to unilaterally alter, suspend and/or halt any <br />operation or portion thereof that endangers or potentially endangers life, health, and safety or threatens <br />the protection of the environment. Includes documentation, daily reporting requirements, <br />communication, and conducting onsite training and inspections.
