Contractor will be solely liable for receiving, inspecting, accepting, and replacing <br />any damaged materials or equipment and filing any and all claim with suppliers or transporters. <br />Contractor is responsible for the protection of all materials and equipment from adverse weather <br />conditions, damage, deterioration, and theft until the Work has been accepted by the City. <br /> <br />All bidders shall quote prices based on furnished and installed materials. Bidder shall hold title to <br />the goods until such time as they are delivered to, and accepted by, an authorized City <br />representative. <br /> <br />2.11 INSURANCE <br /> <br /> Comprehensive General Liability Insurance <br />General Liability for Bodily Injury & Property Damage with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence <br />and $2,000,000 annual aggregate on a primary and non-contributory basis, including the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach as Additional Insured, with a Waiver of Subrogation to the City and a Hold <br />Harmless Agreement. Coverage must be offered in a form no more restrictive than the latest <br />edition of the Comprehensive General Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed <br />by the Insurance Services Office, and shall specifically include the following with minimum limits <br />not less than those required for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability: <br />• Premises and Operation; <br />• Independent Contractors; <br />• Products and/or Completed Operations Hazard; <br />• Broad Form Property Damage; <br /> Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific Contract, including <br />any hold harmless and/or indemnification agreement. <br />• Personal Injury Coverage with Employee and Contractual Exclusions removed, <br />with minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability and <br />Property Damage Liability. <br />• $3,000,000 Umbrella/Excess Liability over and above and following the above <br />mentioned General Liability & Commercial Automobile Liabilities. <br /> 2.11.2 Business Automobile Liability <br />Business Automobile Liability with minimum limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) <br />per occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage <br />Liability. Coverage must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than the latest edition <br />of the Business Automobile Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by <br />the Insurance Services Office, and must include: <br />• Owned Vehicles; <br />• Hired and Non-Owned Vehicles; <br />• Employers’ Non-City ship. <br /> <br />Before starting the Work, the Bidder will file and make sure that all certificates of <br />insurance required by this document and by the Contract are in the City’s possession.
