The existing service to the residents and businesses may not be interrupted <br />for more than 4 hours without written permission from the City. The Contractor shall perform <br />work between the hours 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 7:00 AM – 5:00 <br />PM on Fridays; and weekends with permission or as restricted by the local jurisdiction. Work <br />outside these hours or on weekends and holidays is prohibited without permission from the City. <br /> <br />2.26 SHOP DRAWINGS <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR shall submit Shop Drawings for all fabricated structures, pipe asphalt mix. The <br />purpose of the Shop Drawings is to show the suitability, efficiency, technique of manufacture, <br />installation requirements, details of the item and evidence of its compliance or noncompliance <br />with the Bid Project. <br /> <br />The CITY ENGINEER'S approval of the Shop Drawings will be general and shall not relieve the <br />CONTRACTOR of responsibility for the accuracy of such Drawings, nor for the proper fitting and <br />construction of the work, <br />nor for the furnishing of materials or work required by the Contract and not indicated on the <br />Drawings. No work called for by Shop Drawings shall be performed until the said Drawings have <br />been approved by the CITY ENGINEER. Approval shall not relieve the CONTRACTOR from <br />responsibility for errors or omissions of any sort on the Shop Drawings. <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR shall keep one set of Shop Drawings marked with the CITY ENGINEER'S approval <br />at the job site at all times. <br /> <br />2.27 WARRANTY <br /> <br />The drainage system supplied and installed for this project shall be warranted to be free of defects <br />for a period of one (1) year after completion of the project. <br /> <br />2.28 PUBLIC RECORDS LAW <br /> <br />The City is subject to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, “Public Records Law.” No claim of <br />confidentiality or proprietary information in all or any portion of a response will be honored unless <br />a specific exemption from the Public Law exists and is cited in the response. An incorrectly claimed <br />exemption does not disqualify the firm, only the exemption claimed. Contractor acknowledges <br />the public shall have access at all reasonable times, to all documents and information pertaining <br />to City’s contracts, subject to the provisions of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and agrees to allow <br />access by the City and the public to all documents subject to disclosures under applicable law. To <br />the extent that Contractor has been provided access to or has received security sensitive <br />information, as defined by Florida Statutes, Section 119.071 and/or has executed a Confidential <br />Information Acknowledgement and Agreement as part of the ITB process, Contractor shall keep <br />and maintain the security sensitive information as confidential and exempt from public <br />disclosures as required by Florida Statutes. <br /> <br />
