Page 2 of 3 <br />Exclusions <br />Codes <br />services can be provided by SGM at additional cost. <br />➢ Construction Administration is excluded from our scope of services. <br />➢ Progress cost estimates of construction cost are excluded from our scope of <br />services. <br />➢ Redesign to provide for VE ideas to be incorporated. <br />➢ Competitive bid: Preparation of bid, submission of bid, selection/award of bid <br />is excluded from our scope of services. <br />➢ Any permitting cost including but not limited to application fees, agency <br />fees, impact fees and environmental fees. <br />➢ Multiple alternates for the design are not included unless specifically <br />included. Any alternates will need to be provided as additional services <br />since it is additional design scope. <br />➢ Multiple phases of construction documents are not included unless <br />specifically stated.
