DocuSign Envelope ID: 5842CD84-6967-4CO2-9E9A-C905868006B4 <br />have authority to order, by Field Order, minor changes in the work <br />not involving an adjustment in Contractor's Contract Price or an <br />extension of Contractor's Contract Time. <br />2.9.11 The Consultant shall conduct a site visit to determine the date of <br />Substantial Completion and the date of Final Completion. As part <br />of that process, Consultant shall receive and forward to the City for <br />the City's review all written warranties and related documents and <br />operating manuals required by the Construction Contract. <br />Contractor shall issue a final Certificate for Payment when called <br />for by the Construction Contract. <br />2.9.12 The Consultant shall, without additional compensation, promptly <br />correct any errors, omissions, deficiencies, or conflicts in its plans <br />and specifications. <br />2.9.13 The Consultant shall visit the site at a minimum of one time per <br />month, and at the request of the City without limitation, including <br />site visits for verification of the Contractor's monthly pay request, <br />to observe the entire construction operation, for the term of <br />construction. A report outlining the details of each site visit shall be <br />furnished to the City within three (3) days of the required site visit. <br />The City must be informed of any site visits, so that they have the <br />opportunity to be included in the visit. <br />Except as otherwise set forth herein, all other terms and conditions of Section 2 shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />B. SECTION 5, BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />1. Section 5.2 is amended to provide compensation for the additional scope of services <br />described in Attachment "B," as follows: <br />Task 801 — Construction Observation & <br />Administration Support Services — Civil and Landscape ......... $18,000.00 <br />Task 802 — Construction Support Services — <br />Lighting and Electrical ................................................... $1,200.00 <br />Except as otherwise set forth herein, all other terms and conditions of Section 5 shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, <br />all terms and conditions of the Project Agreement between the parties dated May 24, 2022, shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />4. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS. The terms, statements, requirements, or provisions <br />contained in this First Amendment shall prevail and be given superior effect and priority over any <br />
