• <br />• <br />e <br />e <br />e <br />• <br />e <br />e <br />• <br />e <br />0 <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />0 <br />0 <br />0 <br />0 <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />e <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />e <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />e <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />e <br />• <br />• <br />QUALIFICATIONS <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Intracoastal Park North Intracoastal Park, in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, is the development <br />Sunny Isles Beach, Florida of two, vacant 1.5 acre parcels, located between Collins Avenue <br />and the intracoastal waterway to the west. <br />Client: City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />The project included the addition of a 5' tall concrete /CMU <br />screen wall along the southern property line, decorative stone <br />columns and an aluminum picket fence along the Intracoastal <br />Waterway consistant with the City's theme for fencing, benches, <br />trash receptacles, picnic tables with colorful umbrellas, bike racks, <br />paved walkways, site grading, security lighting, landscaping, and <br />irrigation. The project also included the sighting and placement of <br />park signage and three sculptures provided by the City. <br />The now completed project provides two new linear passive parks <br />for visitors and neighbors to relax in the sun or shade, throw a Frisbee, <br />kick around a soccer ball or enjoy a walk along the meandering <br />walkway adjacent to the intracoastal waterway. In addition, the <br />park was designed to accommodate a dock facility along the <br />intracoastal to be added in a later phase of development. <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES I RFQ NO. 14 -07 -02 <br />17 <br />
