QUALIFICATIONS <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Margaret Pace Park B &A, in conjunction with the City of Miami's Community <br />Miami, Florida Redevelopment Agency, provided the programming, master <br />planning, schematic design, design development and construction <br />Client: City of Miami CRA documentation for this 8.25 acre, regional urban park on the City <br />of Miami's waterfront. <br />Society of American Registered Architects. The overall park plan includes four tennis courts, two soccer fields, <br />Design Award, 2003 one cricket pitch, tot lot and children's playground, exercise <br />stations, street and water oriented urban plazas, waterfront <br />Gold Coast American Planning Association promenade, shoreline stabilization, picnic shelters, site furniture, <br />Award, 2nd Place, 2003 security lighting and landscape improvements. <br />Since the park opened, it has become a social magnet for the <br />community and is popular with all age groups. This urban oasis <br />serves local residents from adjacent high density residential <br />developments and those from other areas of the city. <br />The incorporation of locally inspired public art provides the park it's <br />own identity and sense of place in the community. <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES I RFQ NO.
