I <br />General Qualifications <br />DESIGN EXPERIENCE WITH SITE /LAND <br />DEVELOPMEN <br />SRS is one of the top south Florida land development design firms. We have been the engineers on over 47 <br />large land development projects within Miami -Dade, Broward, and St. Lucie Counties. Our firm provides full land <br />development services from initial due diligence and feasibility studies to complete design all site improvement <br />including roadways, drainage systems, stormwater management, lakes, canal, water and sewer systems, pump <br />station, cut and fill studies, and all associated permitting. Among our recent projects include the following: <br />-- Kendall Commons - SRS prepared all civil engineering design <br />plans and specifications for the construction of an approximately <br />160 -acre traditional neighborhood district development comprised <br />W-1 I I of 1,256 residential units, including townhouses, single family <br />homes, live /work units, lofts, and flats; as well as over 132,000 sq. <br />L..� ft. of commercial retail, 15 -ac lake, and a 9 -acre school. SRS <br />services included the civil design of a regional sewer pump station <br />(wet well /dry well) as well as on -site roadway, paving and grading, <br />drainage and storm water management systems, water and sewer <br />systems, design of off -site water and sewer systems and roadway <br />improvements to SW 1671h Avenue and Kendall Drive. Other <br />services included contracting and coordinating all topographical <br />surveys and geotechnical investigations; all environmental studies including wetland mitigation reports and <br />preparation of ERP permit. Permitting included all applicable regulatory agencies including FDOT, SFWMD, <br />COE, DERM, MDWASD, MDPWD, FIRE, and Health Dept. <br />Century Prestige – a ±96 -acre development north of Miami <br />Lakes and south of the Broward line off of 1 -75. This project is <br />comprised of 402 single - family homes with a 5 -acre lake and 3- <br />acre marsh wetland with a tree island <br />Bluewaters - 80 -acre mix -use Single Family/Townhouse <br />development located south of SW 240th Street between the <br />Florida Turnpike and SW 112th Avenue in southwest Miami - <br />Dade <br />Hialeah Palms - 114 -acre multi -use urban design neighborhood <br />comprised of 933 residential units, including multifamily, <br />townhouses, and single family homes; as well as 9.5 -ac wetland <br />and a 5.8 -acres of parks and green areas in Hialeah Annex Area. <br />Coral Keys Homes - 44 -acre Multi - family /townhome development <br />comprised of 614 townhouse units. The project is locate north of E. Palm <br />Drive (SW 344th St.) and SW 172nd Avenue in Florida City. SRS services <br />included the civil design of all on -site roadways, paving and grading, <br />drainage and storm water management systems, on -site lake and <br />wetlands, on -site water and sewer systems, design of off -site water and <br />sewer systems and design of SW 172n' Avenue roadway between Palm <br />Drive and NW T" Street. Other services included contracting and <br />coordinating all topographical surveys and geotechnical investigations; all <br />environmental studies including wetland mitigation reports and <br />preparation of ERP permit. <br />\0 <br />
