August 12, 2014 <br />Page 2 <br />projects include new roadways, drainage improvements, marine facilities, water and sewer <br />pipelines and pumps stations, environmental studies, master planning, municipal buildings <br />and parking areas, parks and recreational facilities, and construction administration services <br />and construction inspections. These projects include the master planning and design of the <br />water and sewer systems for the newly annexed area to the City of Hialeah, the design of <br />over 26 miles of roadway improvement projects for the City of Hialeah, construction <br />management and inspection services to the City of Miami and Master Consultant to Miami - <br />Dade County DERM in charge of managing and overseeing over 490 roadway and drainage <br />improvements throughout the County. SRS Engineering is a FDOT pre - qualified firm to <br />perform engineering services. We are very familiar with FDOT LAP (ARRA) requirements. <br />SRS has recently completed the design of W. 53rd Street Roadway Improvement Project for <br />the City of Hialeah in accordance with the LAP guidelines. <br />SRS has also worked on numerous municipal facilities including the City of Coral Gables <br />Riviera Park, City of Hialeah Fueling Station, City of Miami Beach Maintenance Yard, and City <br />1 of Miami Springs Gymnasium and Community Center. <br />Our Team will be led by Mr. Ignacio Serralta, P.E., who will serve as Principal -In- Charge. Mr. <br />1 Serralta has over twenty -five years of experience in civil engineering planning, design, and <br />management for a wide range of public works, site development, and infrastructure projects. <br />Mr. Serralta will be personally overseeing the management of the assigned projects and <br />coordinating between the City and the SRS Team. <br />Our Senior Project Manager will be Mr. Oliverio Sanchez, P.E. Mr. Sanchez has over thirty- <br />' three years of experience in project management and engineering design for both public and <br />private sectors in fields such as land development and site planning, airport work on both <br />landside and airside, port and marina developments, municipal engineering, storm water <br />management and drainage engineering, roadway engineering, construction management, <br />field supervision, and quality control. His extensive municipal project experience has provided <br />him with broad knowledge in project coordination, dealing with governmental agencies and <br />' plan approvals and processing. <br />Our Design Project Manager will be Mr. Jean - Claude Fontaneau, who has eighteen years of <br />1 experience in civil engineering design. He has been responsible for the planning and design <br />of a variety of municipal and site development projects. Mr. Fontaneau is primarily responsible <br />for the engineering design and preparation of plans and specifications including the design of <br />pump stations, water and sanitary sewer pipelines, site development projects, roadway <br />improvements, and storm drainage systems. Mr. Fontaneau was the project manager in <br />charge of the design of several municipal projects including the City of Hialeah Pump Station <br />No. 200, Hialeah Annex Water & Sewer Master Plan, Miller Road Widening and several <br />municipal site improvement projects including parks, marinas and community centers. <br />' Our firm is further supported by an excellent group of consulting professional firms whose <br />unique expertise and experience with similar public experience makes our group an <br />exceptional team. Our combined strengths and capabilities will ensure this project's <br />' successful and timely completion. <br />
