The work included the <br />geometric design of the pedestrian /bike paths <br />and parking lot, design site paving, grading, and <br />drainage plans. Work within a previous landfill <br />site and contaminated soils. Coordinating the <br />work with other subconsultants including <br />Surveyors, Geotechnical, Structural Engineers <br />and environmental consultants. Our scope of <br />work also included preparing and submitting <br />permit applications and construction plans for <br />"dry-run" and "final" review by local regulatory <br />agencies including Miami -Dade County Building <br />Department, Miami -Dade Public Works Dept., <br />and DERM (Class I, IV, & VI); as well as, <br />Environment Resources Permit (ERP) for costal <br />construction and impacts to wetlands and <br />mangroves. <br />Construction Phase services included weekly <br />construction meetings, reviewing shop drawings, <br />responding to RFI's, providing on -site daily <br />construction observations, and preparing close- <br />out documents. <br />1�uf <br />ENGINEERING�INC. <br />
