Team's Organization t ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE PROJECT TEAM SRS Engineering, Inc. is confident that if our team is selected for this project/contract, we will execute the contract in a professional, efficient and successful manner in cooperation with City and regulatory agencies. Our firm's staff, as well as our sub - consultants', are accustomed to working with each other in an almost seamless manner. Because of the proximity of our office locations and our continually successful working relationship, many of the day -to -day design development, permitting and construction management decisions are accomplished jointly under one roof. Our respective team members recognize that a simple and easy -to- understand organizational structure facilitates the transfer of information, eases the process of early decision - making and promotes an appropriate level of awareness among team members. SRS Engineering, Inc. is a corporation organized in the State of Florida on September 14, 1995. It was founded by our President, Ignacio Serralta. Our offices are located at 5001 SW 741^ Court, Suite 201, Miami, FL 33155. All services required by the Town shall be provided by this office. The office personnel consist of 15 full -time permanent employees including engineers, designers, construction managers, field inspectors and support staff. Our combined strengths and capabilities will ensure that the Town the ability to complete the wide range of tasks required on this project. ©� Fandrei Consulting, Inc. (FCI) is a local traffic and transportation engineering firm. The firm is led by Mr. Henry Fandrei, P.E., PTOE, who has over 42 years of professional engineering experience, including more than 32 years here in South Florida. FCI can provide a wide range traffic engineering services including traffic operations, signal timing, signal systems, engineering design, traffic data collection, traffic simulation, neighborhood traffic control, planning, and environmental impact analysis of highway projects, transit/highway interface, parking, signal warrant analysis, project management, construction supervision and traffic accident reconstruction.
