As a Senior Project Manager, he has provided complete project services, from <br />program management to planning and design through permitting and construction for a diverse array <br />of Public and Private Infrastructure projects. As a Professional Surveyor and Mapper, he has been <br />responsible for route /right -of -way, boundary, construction, topographic, and geodetic control surveys <br />for cellular towers, transportation projects and commercial and residential developments. Mr. <br />Hadad's expertise in resolution of complex boundary and title problems has established him as an <br />expert witness. Mr. Hadad's overall experience and expertise gives him the ability to trouble shoot <br />every facet of a project from the field to the office, making him an ideal Project Manager. <br />SELECTED RELATIVE PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Miami -Dade County, Land Surveying Services for Wharf I, located at the Port of Miami, FL, <br />from September to October 2009: <br />Miami -Dade County- Port of Miami <br />Ms. Leonor Ortega — <br />Tel: 305. 347.48921 E -Mail: lortega @miamidade.gov <br />POM Project No.:2009.028.02 <br />Provided Topographic Survey and prepared a Map of Topographic Survey of existing ground under <br />existing Wharf I. Wharf I is about 850' long by 85' wide. The topographic survey was to develop a <br />TIN file of the ground surface under the wharf and extend water -ward about 30' beyond the face of <br />the wharf. The survey also included the location of 15 -20 geotechnical borings on the top side of the <br />wharf and the approximate location of 5 sections of existing dp -rap located within the project area. <br />The topographic survey entailed tasks establish Horizontal Control relative to NAD83/2007 and <br />Vertical Control relative to NAVD88. Control stations to be established at +/- 1000' intervals and <br />placed in locations not subject to construction and able to be verified/ utilized during construction. <br />Created a grid based on the location of all existing piles supporting the wharf as necessary to <br />delineate existing ground conditions. Establish Horizontal <br />and Vertical Control Points and layout work limits at the East Cape Canal and Homestead Canal <br />Dam locations, and confirm the proposed locations at all topographic, construction, or other items <br />affecting the work. Established line and grade and installed offsets of the proposed steel sheeting <br />structures at the East Cape Canal Dam locations. Installed temporary markers, for the wood channel <br />marker piling, in Lake Ingraham. Pedodic on -site survey as needed, including but not limited to <br />layout of the proposed mooring piles, walkway, gangway, and final grade elevations. <br />Miami - Dade -DERM, Survey of Lake and Canal Outfalls, Multiple Sites (E09- 13W-01): from <br />0112011 on going. <br />Department of Environmental Resources Management, Water Management Division <br />Provided Land Surveying and Mapping Services. Performed location and As -Built of Outfalls and <br />Culverts on several locations determined by DERM.
