Said buildings consist <br />of 120 affordable housing apartments. <br />The size of the undeveloped property combining all three sites was 3.08 Acres. <br />This firm's responsibilities included surveying of the property's pre - development and post - <br />development conditions, design and permitting for all of the civil infrastructure improvements and <br />construction administration for all improvements needed to complete the project. <br />The development's stormwater management system consisted of a network of catch basins <br />interconnected by French Drain for water quality and then directed into drainage wells. <br />The project also required upgrade of all the surrounding water mains for all three sites per County <br />regulations. <br />This project obtained a Silver LEED certification from the USGBC on May, 2011. <br />Location of Project.- <br />is 642 NW 51" Avenue, Miami, FL 33136 <br />Client <br />Company Name : The Gatehouse Group Inc. <br />Contact dame : Marc S.
