® Civil Engineering <br />MSA provides comprehensive Civil Engineering services for governmental agencies, municipalities, utilities, <br />educational facilities, parks & recreational facilities, institutional and land development projects, and private clients, <br />among others. Our services have included planning, design, permitting and construction services during construction <br />of a wide range of projects that include expertise in the following areas: <br />• Master Planning <br />• Water & Wastewater <br />• Stormwater Management <br />• Canal Dredging <br />• Land Development <br />• Construction Management <br />• Roadway & Drainage <br />• Environmental Permitting <br />• Design, permitting and construction management of canal dredging, roads, drainage, water and wastewater <br />pipelines, pumping stations, treatment and disposal projects for multiple local municipalities and other <br />government entities. <br />• Design of roadway improvements, for private <br />developments and municipal clients. <br />• Conducting Civil Infrastructure of Environmental Due <br />Diligence Investigations for private and public sector <br />clients. <br />• Acquiring Environmental Resource Permits (ERP) and <br />Consumption Water Use Permit from the South Florida <br />Water Management District and the Florida Department <br />of Environmental Protection (DEP). <br />® • Obtaining environmental permits from Miami -Dade <br />County Department of Environmental Resources <br />Management (DERM): Class I, Class III, Class IV and <br />Class VI Permit. <br />• Performing environmental site assessments with respect to <br />flora and fauna as well as wildlife assessments. <br />• Preparing environmental impact mitigation plans to <br />compensate for impacts to fresh water and coastal <br />wetlands. <br />• Preparing Phase I environmental site assessments to determine the environmental business risk associated with <br />a propery. <br />• Preparing contamination assessment reports (CAR) as well as executing remedial action plans (RAP) to <br />rehabilitate contaminated properties. <br />• Developing dredging plans and specifications for canal maintenance, dredging improvement and associated <br />sediment quality sampling. <br />• Designing and permitting drainage pumping station and associated drainage wells. <br />• Designing and permitting primary and secondary drainage collection systems for land development projects, <br />municipalities, etc. <br />• Designing and permitting roadway resurfacing projects, roadway drainage improvement, and roadway water <br />quality improvements. <br />• Project and construction management, including scheduling, cost estimating and inspection of civil and <br />environmental projects. <br />® • Economic feasibility studies. <br />NSA <br />
