Our local staff comprised of 14 engineers/technical support <br />personnel are available to respond to any project. Mr. Evelio N. Horta, Ph.D., P.E., is the <br />Branch Manager. With over 36 years of varied engineering experience, Dr. Horta is very <br />experienced in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and environmental <br />engineering.
