Statement of Claims TAB 6 <br />Since the formation of the firm (1982) we have been involved in only (one) legal proceeding. R.E. Chisholm <br />Architects Inc. (REC) is a defendant in a legal dispute between a general contractor and a developer on a <br />multi -unit housing project . The dispute was on -going for two years (since 2009) between the general con- <br />tractor and the developer before REC was brought in as a defendant in 2011. Our insurance carrier is sup- <br />porting REC and is willing to go to trial in defense of REC.
