Jour. C. Tmo, P.E. Experience: 49 years of surveying experience of which 43 years have been with Schwebke - Shiskin & Associates. Inc. ® In June of 1999, 1 was promoted to Assistant Vice President. With this promotion my responsibilities were expanded to the supervision, daily direction and signing of drawings prepared by drafting personnel along with the supervision of condominium projects. I am also responsible for the preparation and processing of platting and all associated revisions to recorded plats. My daily responsibilities also include the meeting with clients, owners, attorneys and various governmental agencies for requirements and /or restrictions that the subject property may have or need to be placed during development. In relation to the design of internal roadways of plats, I have also supervised route surveys of state, county and city roadways. Many of the projects that 1 have been responsible for include establishment of state, county and city roadways and reestablishment of fractional lines for the determination of plat boundaries, such as the plat of "Miramar Park of Commerce Phase VI ", a 150 acre project which abuts state, county and city roadways and being portions of four sections of land. This position also includes the preparation of proposals for miscellaneous surveying, boundary and topographic surveys, platting and subdivision of lands, and condominium projects. In January 1981, 1 was promoted to Supervisor of the Condominium Survey Section. In this position I was responsible for the daily direction and supervision of all survey items relating to the preparation of proposed condominiums and the final as -built surveys of the projects. These responsibilities also included the preparation of plats, coordination with utility companies, meetings with owners, attorneys, architects and various governmental agencies. and the preparation and layout of roadway design and redesign for large condominium projects such as "Sunrise Lakes Condominium Complex" consisting of 209 buildings over several years of work and redesign. This position also included the preparation of proposals for miscellaneous surveying, boundary and topographic surveys, platting and subdivision of lands, and condominium projects. In August of 1967, 1 was employed by Schwebke- Shiskin & Associates, Inc. as a survey draftsman with two years of experience in field work and drafting at a small survey /engineering firm.
