<br />County on a variety of projects. We fully understand the Florida Building Code along with the permitting process, and
<br />have developed an outstanding relationship with the governmental agencies that will be an asset to complete the
<br />project on schedule and within budget. The specific project experience REC provides, along with our proven project
<br />leadership and overall Chisholm Team experience is pertinent in the provision of services for the City of Sunny Isles
<br />Beach. Our team's commitment in attention to detail, time schedules, reporting to the project manager, and managing
<br />the budget status and time at every phase of work provides true project value gained through our Team's collective
<br />knowledge and relevant experience.

<br />are the primary points of contact and have been working together for over twenty -five years on a variety of projects
<br />applying creative and innovative design solutions.
<br />Mr. Robert E. Chisholm FAIA, NCARB will be the Senior Architect on this project should R.E. Chisholm
<br />Architects, Inc. be fortunate enough to be selected for this worthwhile project. Mr. Matthew Polak AIA, LEED
<br />AP will be the Project Manager and Mr. Jorge Iglesias, AIA, NCARB the Construction Administration. All the
<br />team leadership above have worked together on projects in the past.
