C <br />City of Boca Raton Downtown Parking Study <br />Mr. Plummer managed the technical efforts for a comprehensive parking study for <br />Downtown Boca Raton to reanalyze the adopted parking requirements and investigate new <br />strategies to meet short-term and long -term parking needs. The basic work tasks included <br />a detailed parking inventory, projecting parking demand, and recommending parking <br />strategies to meet future demand. <br />American Airlines Arena Transportation Management Plan & Parking Study <br />Mr. Plummer was responsible for providing a comprehensive traffic and parking <br />management plan for the American Airlines Arena in downtown Miami, FL. This effort <br />included developing temporary street modifications, police control plans, fire - rescue <br />access, bus /taxi /limo staging plans, surface street signs, expressway directional signs, and <br />parking plans. This multi - jurisdictional effort led to one of the fastest parking garage <br />unloading times for a National Basketball Association arena. <br />Downtown Miami Transportation Master Plan <br />Mr. Plummer spearheaded the management and technical efforts of this complex <br />transportation master plan for downtown Miami.
