<br />On -going multi - family community on I t2 acre project consists of 498 units of single, duplex and multi -unit housing. retail complex,
<br />school, daycare centers, church, administrative and social services buildings and transportation depot.
<br />Project Relevance: In addition to being an award winning planned affordable housing community. Chisholm Architects was directly
<br />responsible for the planning design, bid, award and construction administration for the following:
<br />5,500 square foot administration building with offices, work stations, restrooms, conference rooms, a plans storage room, employee
<br />lounge/kitchen. IT server room and copy fax area.
<br />7,500 square foot storage building with carpenter shop, repair shop, maintenance offices, secured storage locker rooms and restrooms.
<br />3,000 square foot warehouse with office and secured access.
<br />12,000 square foot secured maintenance yard with exterior storage, loading and staging areas.
