(ADDITIONAL SHEETS OF PAPER MAY BE USED TO INCLUDE <br />INFORMATION). <br />The building is a total of 10,408 S.F. of enclosed area, of which the SanctuaryMulti- purpose Area is 6,519 S.F. <br />In addition to the Sanctuary/Multi- purpose Area the building will also house 1,803 S.F. of offices, a space for a Future Kitchen and <br />Support Area of 1,035 S.F., a 312 S.F. Sacristy, and 739 S.F. for the Men's and Women's Resttooms, a separate Handicap Toilet Area, <br />Storage and Janitor's Closet. <br />The building will be a one -story standard concrete block and stucco building 2 P -0" to the top of the parapet at the area which has a flat <br />roof area. The interior block walls and the partitions though out the building will be finished in drywall. <br />The main entrance to the office wing will have a high ceiling with a cement tile sloped roof. The top of the ridge will be just under 26 " -0" <br />high. The Restroom Wing will also have a sloped roofed with cement the finish. <br />The building will have a coffered drywall and acoustical ceiling in the Sanctuary/Multi- purpose Area. Whenever possible the exterior <br />walls will have walls sconces around the perimeter of the Sanctuary/Multi- purpose so as to eliminate the need for as many recessed lights <br />in the drywall ceiling as possible. <br />The Phase I Plan will also include a plaza in front of the building with landscaping, a small service drive, a concrete road to the parking <br />lot, and the parking lot <br />
