Swain & Associates, Inc. (VISA) provided Civil engineering services for the Southridge Park <br />Stadium Bleachers — Phase IL MSA's participation included the preparation of Civil Design Criteria <br />Documents for the development of Phase 11 of the Southridge Park Stadium Bleachers. The project <br />entailed construction of new soccer /football bleachers. concession and restroom facilities and a new <br />parking lot. vISA participated in the development of the site civil design criteria drawings and <br />specifications including: <br />Programming and Schematic Design - Established the site civil program with architect and owner and <br />® coordinated with utility companies and approved agencies to establish the final design criteria and <br />regulatory requirements for the project. <br />MSA prepared Design Criteria water and sewer plan, paving grading and drainage plans, outlined of <br />technical specifications, and assisted architect with Project Development Schedule. In addition, assisted <br />the architect with Statement of Probable Construction Costs using CSI format and provided <br />recommendations if the estimates exceeded construction budget. <br />Review and recommendation of Proposals — MSA responded to RFI's from Design/Builder (D /B) <br />teams: and assisted in the review of bids for compliance with Civil Design Criteria package. <br />Review of Construction Document Submittals — MSA <br />reviewed the Design Development and final construction <br />document submittals by the D/B. MSA attended a coordination <br />meeting with Owner. Architect and Design/Builder. <br />Administration of the Construction Contract — MSA attended <br />Pre - Construction Meeting with Owner and selected DB team. <br />MSA performed Site Visits /Meetings and prepared visit reports. <br />PISA reviewed Pay Requests and gave recommendations to <br />Architect. Furthermore attended Substantial Completion Site <br />Visit, prepared Substantial Completion Punch List report and <br />attended Final Site Visit and produced Final Site visit report. <br />One Year Warranty Inspection — MSA performed a Site Visit and Report during the One Year <br />Guarantee Period. Also assisted the Owner with recommendations for the correction of defective work <br />® that may have been discovered. <br />-WM <br />
