Professional Record <br />Mr. Bailey is an electrical engineer experienced <br />in designing electrical /control systems for <br />municipal systems, water /wastewater treatment <br />facilities, above /below ground distribution <br />systems, roadway lighting, and power /lighting <br />designs for parks and industrial facilities.
