Professional Record <br />Mr. Bailey is an electrical engineer experienced <br />in designing electrical /control systems for <br />municipal systems, water /wastewater treatment <br />facilities, above /below ground distribution <br />systems, roadway lighting, and power /lighting <br />designs for parks and industrial facilities. His <br />project management responsibilities encompass <br />preliminary and final design, cost estimating, and <br />construction /start-up services. He participates <br />on quality assurance /quality control teams to <br />evaluate electrical systems' technical <br />conformance to codes and adherence to a <br />project's overall design scheme.
