<br />® Bethesda Memorial Hospital Parking and Traffic Impact Studies, Boynton Beach, FL — Conducted parking study, developed
<br />future demand projections, and evaluated alternative solutions to handle parking demands. Also performed traffic impact analyses for
<br />® two expansions to hospital campus.
<br />®Charter School Traffic Analyses, Miami -Dade County, FL — Performed traffic studies for eight charter schools in Hialeah Gardens,
<br />the Doral area, western Kendall area, and western Cutler Ridge areas of Miami -Dade County. Studies have included evaluations of
<br />® on -site vehicle queuing and parking conditions, in addition to off -site impacts of school traffic.
<br />® Heron Bay Mixed -Use Development, Coral Springs, FL — Performed traffic impact analysis for proposed mixed -use development
<br />® in Coral Springs. Project included elements of traffic calming and resolution of issues involving school - related traffic and signal
<br />® interconnection on Coral Ridge Drive.
<br />® Lake Worth Beach Redevelopment, Lake Worth, FL — Reviewed traffic impact study and worked on FDOT concept driveway
<br />® approvals. Kimley -Horn developed design criteria and site plan alternatives for a proposed redevelopment of its public beach. Proposed
<br />® improvements included boardwalks, parking lots, roads, utility and drainage infrastructure, walkways, landscaping, street furnishings,
<br />pavilions, beach lockers, playground equipment, lighting, restrooms, and other site amenities. Our team also assisted the City in
<br />® negotiating a new interlocal agreement with Palm Beach County to secure up to S5 million in funding for the public improvements.
<br />® Parking Analysis, Briny Breezes, FL — Studied current parking situation and assessed problems. Provided findings to help the Town
<br />develop a new parking ordinance.
<br />® Marcus Neuroscience Institute at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Boca Raton, FL — Serving as project engineer and involved with
<br />preparation of a traffic impact analyses for this facility. Analyses included evaluations of off -site traffic impacts, driveway operations,
<br />® and on -site vehicular circulation and traffic operations to identify any needs for improvements and/or modifications.Kimley -Horn is
<br />® providing civil engineering services as a subconsultant to another firm for the addition of the Marcus Neuroscience Institute at Boca
<br />® Raton Regional Hospital. This facility will serve as a new, state -of- the -art nexus of care for neurologic and neurosurgical patients
<br />and transform the landscape of clinical capabilities available in the region. The 72,895- square -foot facility will house a 22 -bed neuro-
<br />® intensive care and step -down unit.
<br />®Master Development Plan for TRG North Flagler Venture, West Palm Beach, FL — Providing traffic - related services. The Related
<br />Group and Rybovich have jointly prepared a master development plan for a mixed -use development to be located at 4200 and 4400
<br />® North Flagler Drive in the City of West Palm Beach. The master plan is unique because it functionally joins the two properties, which
<br />® will continue to be individually owned. The project will be developed in phases over the next 10 years. Kimley -Horn is providing traffic
<br />® engineering and preliminary civil engineering for the master plan development as part of a large team of consultants. Our services
<br />will include analysis of the internal project roadways, analysis of traffic impacts on public streets, level of services analyses for the
<br />® proposed future land uses for the two properties, preliminary design of an off -site roadway, utility and drainage improvements, and
<br />® preliminary drainage and utility design for the combined properties, as well as project representation during the Level III site plan
<br />reviewed by the City of West Palm Beach. Future services will include detailed design of off -site roadway and utilities, as well as design
<br />® of all civil infrastructure for the individual phases of development.
<br />Sian Ocean Residences and Resort (aka Indigo or Indigo /Sian), Hollywood, FL — Served as project engineer. Sian is a four -
<br />phase residential project that sits between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Phase 1 included a master plan for the
<br />9.5 -acre site, reaching from oceanfront property across A1A to the Intracoastal. A pedestrian walkway connects the entire project,
<br />® allowing users to walk from a resort pool and docks along the Intracoastal, across At A, and past the condominium conversion to a
<br />® 20 -story beachfront tower. This tower includes two units per floor, five penthouses, and its own private beachfront pool. In Phase
<br />2, Kimley- Horn's services included landscape architecture, civil and traffic engineering, roadway, environmental, and structural
<br />® engineering. This phase involved converting an existing hotel to a hoteVcondo with a temporary parking lot and a large resort-style pool
<br />® that overlooks the Intracoastal. In addition, it included a new entry area, fountain wall, and pedestrian crosswalk light.
