(CES) is a minority -owned and - operated firm established in 2001 to provide professional engineering services to private and municipal sector clients like the City of Sunny Isles Beach. We have considerable technical expertise in the category of Civil / Environmental Engineering and the capacity to plan, design, and oversee the construction of infrastructure projects that meet your needs. Our staff has extensive experience in the areas of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, roadway design, stormwater drainage, and environmental assessments. The CES Team will consist of CES Consultants, Inc. as the Prime, providing civil engineering, sanitary and stormwater pump station design, master planning, drainage engineering along with our sub - consultants Miller, Legg and Associates, Inc. who will be providing environmental engineering and roadway design support. As your project manager, Jose Caraballo, PE, will serve as your primary contact for this contract. Mr. Caraballo, as project manager on similar civil infrastructure projects, has knowledge of local permitting and has a proven success rate of delivering on time and within budget.
