DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />on <br />where Florida Begins. <br />April 5, 2010 <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />RE: DUVAL COUNTY COURTHOUSE PROJECT <br />CES Consultants, Inc. (CES) has been working on the construction management of <br />the new Duval County Unified Courthouse project since early 2009. Their role <br />and areas of responsibility have included pre - construction services — estimating <br />and scheduling, providing project engineers, assistant superintendents and <br />administrative personnel in support of the project. <br />During their time on the project, CES' staff has performed competently and <br />professionally on this high profile project and has maintained increasing levels of <br />responsibilities, becoming a key member of the project team. CES project staff <br />can be attributed with helping to maintain the project on budget and on schedule. <br />CES staff is highly respected by co- workers for their willingness to help anyone <br />anytime.
