Todd H. Hendrix, P.E., CGC <br />Project Manager <br />Mr. Todd Hendrix serves the firm of CPH as Senior Vice President and Branch <br />Manager of the Miami Office. Todd is a Project Manager /Project Engineer for <br />municipal and private clients; he is an excellent leader with traits that include <br />communication, vision, creativity, and consistency. His communication style <br />is based on listening to client needs and helping them achieve the intended <br />result and providing them with solutions that meet all of their goals. He <br />works as an extension of our Client's staff and is able to freely share ideas and <br />concepts to provide clients with the best product and service. <br />Todd recently served as project manager for "Shoppes at the Fountains' for <br />Developers Diversified Realty in Plantation, Florida. The project included survey, <br />civil, architectural, and traffic engineering services and the demolition of <br />approximately 200,000 square feet of existing retail space for the construction of new anchor tenants including <br />Dick's Sporting Goods and Jo -Ann's Fabrics. <br />Another project Todd managed was the "Public Works and Waste Management 58th Street Master Plan" for <br />Miami -Dade County. He took lead role as the project planner for the County, providing services for space <br />programming, concept design, and master planning of public works /waste services complex. The project also <br />included reconfiguration of the site and moving existing buildings. <br />Todd additionally served as project manager for the design of two parks for the City of Lauderhill, 31" Avenue <br />and Ilene Lieberman. These projects included Design Development and Construction drawings for the site <br />design, landscape and irrigation design that meet the criteria of the Broward County "Parks for People" grant <br />program. <br />He has worked on projects that have required creative designs and construction phasing. Some projects <br />included complete rehabilitation or upgrades, while maintaining operations during construction. Examples of <br />these types of project include utility relocations and replacements in neighborhoods or those coupled with <br />roadway reconstruction. <br />Consistency is the key to long -term success, and Todd has proven time after time to be a consistent responsible <br />steward of our clients' capital improvement projects. He has over 16 years of experience and has managed <br />projects that include master planning, civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, permitting, <br />environmental, architecture, project management, cost estimation, and construction administration. <br />21 CPH, Inc. /RFQ No. 14 -07 -02 <br />
