Subcontractors Experience and Qualifications
R ALEMAN
10305 NW 41 Street, Suite 200
Miami, FL 33178
Phone: 305.591.8777
Role: SUE
F.R. Aleman and Associates, Inc. (FRA), a state certified MBE consulting engineering & surveying firm, was
established January 1987. For over twenty years, FRA has developed into a well - respected, highly technological
private consulting engineering and surveying firm dedicated to providing professional services and solutions to
numerous governmental and private agencies. FRA's knowledge and expertise lay in Project Development and
Environmental Studies; Major and Minor Highway Design - Roadway; Traffic Engineering and Operations Studies;
Intelligent Transportation Systems Analysis Design and Implementation; Traffic Operations Design; Surveying
and Mapping; Construction Engineering Inspection; Planning and Subsurface Utility Engineering (S.U.E.).
One of FRA's specialties remains UTILITIES! FRA has worked with utility companies, various FDOT Districts,
municipalities, and educational campuses throughout Florida in locating over 150,000 test holes and designating
over 100,000 linear feet of underground utilities. FRA's S.U.E. process utilizes new and existing technologies to
accurately identify, characterize, and map subsurface utilities. By using state -of- the -art electronic detection
devices for designating and VacMaster vacuum excavation equipment, our experienced crews can positively
locate, identify and map the depth and path of subsurface utilities without disturbing them. Our vacuum
excavation requires very little time, and since holes are only a few inches in diameter, they can be filled and
permanently repaired in one stop.
We have held contracts with FDOT and Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) for over 14 years. The contracts
consist of designating and locating subsurface utilities for 100's of roadway and utility projects. Our S.U.E. team
ensures each project is completed in a timely manner and meet all requirements, policies and procedures
including coordinating with Project Managers, utility company personnel, municipalities as well as private
companies and landowners to ensure project partnering without issues.
Namerritle Role Years
Experii
Ilk
23
BA.
