David A. Gierach, P.E., CGCIPrincipal -in- Charge <br />Mr. Gierach serves CPH as President, and has over 31 years of experience in engineering and construction for projects that <br />include roads, parks, sports complexes, treatment facilities, and vertical construction projects. He has managed the planning, <br />design, permitting, and construction of a variety of projects valuing to over $200 Million in value. Within his time at CPH, David <br />has been the principal in charge of park projects ranging in size from less than a quarter acre to over 300 acres. He has provided <br />services to clients including the Cities of Palm Coast, Sanford, Lake Mary, Casselberry, Winter Springs, Orlando, the U.S. Navy and <br />Volusia County among numerous others. <br />Public Works and Waste Management 58th Street Master Plan <br />• Master plan conceptual design for a 42+ acres portion <br />of the existing Public Works and Waste Management <br />site <br />• CPH provided space programming, concept design, and <br />master planning of public works /waste services <br />complex. <br />• The project included reconfiguration of site, moving <br />existing buildings, and has components such as <br />administration offices, fuel and hazard waste storage, <br />materials storage, vehicle storage, and vehicle <br />maintenance facilities. <br />Jackson Memorial Hospital Renovations Study <br />• Professional services provided included surveying, civil <br />engineering, architecture, arborist and landscape <br />architecture. <br />• The scope of work included the preparation of drawings <br />for: building demolition, gate house design, entry wall <br />and fence detailing, streetscape paving detailing, <br />grading and drainage, sediment and erosion control, <br />landscaping, irrigation and donor wall and pergola <br />design detailing. <br />• One of the primary design intents is to transform a <br />driveway entrance road into a pedestrian plaza that <br />seamlessly flows with the existing Alamo Plaza. <br />Shoppes at The Fountains <br />• Provided survey, civil, architectural, and traffic <br />engineering services for the redevelopment of the <br />Fountains Shopping Center <br />• The project included the demolition of approximately <br />200,000 sq. ft. of existing retail space for the <br />construction of new anchor tenants <br />• New streetscape retail was designed to transform the <br />center into a new and exciting shopping destination <br />TGK Booking Center - Study, Design, and Construction <br />• CPH provided a conceptual plan that converted an <br />existing covered parking garage into a secured bus <br />drop -off area for the inmates. <br />• CPH was also able to create a concept plan for a Sally <br />Port and secured parking area for the LEOs. <br />• After completing the design CPH provided a conceptual <br />plan that converted an existing covered parking garage <br />into a secured bus drop -off area for the inmates. <br />
