WATER /WASTEWATER PLANNING AND DESIGN
<br />The team has provided water /wastewater planning and design services to numerous other clients throughout
<br />Florida, including: Town of Oakland, City of Sanford, Volusia County, City of Winter Springs, City of Eustis, City of
<br />Casselberry, City of Lake Alfred, and the City of Palm Coast. CPH has been instrumental in providing both
<br />planning and design services for all of these clients. The team recently provided services to the City of Palm
<br />Coast for their water and wastewater program. In addition to the 5 and 10 year planning effort, CPH provided
<br />design of city wide conveyance system improvements (over 30 miles of pipeline), wastewater treatment plant
<br />expansions, and the design (architectural and engineering) of a brand new water treatment plant. The new
<br />water production system included: a 3.0 MGD low pressure reverse osmosis (LPRO) water treatment plant
<br />(designed to facilitate expansion to 9.0 MGD), well field system to supply raw water to the LPRO water
<br />treatment plant, concentrate treatment & disposal system for the LPRO water treatment plant, finished water
<br />main system to connect the LPRO WiP to existing distribution system, and reclaimed water supply system. In
<br />addition, CPH recently finished the first phase of a 3 phase, 13 mile utility relocation project for Orange County
<br />Utilities, which was an expedited design process. The team was given a short time to accommodate two client -
<br />requested design additions. These additions included the design of two new gravity collection systems, a duplex
<br />pump station, and a triplex pump station. The CPH team, even with the additions, was still able to meet the
<br />FDOT's strict deadline.
<br />PARKS AND RECREATION PLANNING AND DESIGN
<br />CPH team members have extensive experience in providing planning services and landscape design throughout
<br />the Central Florida. We have worked on large regional parks ranging from over 100 acres to small neighborhood
<br />parks of less than one acre. The CPH team recently completed the construction drawings for the Wayne Dencsh
<br />Little League Park (Seminole North Little League). The park included three little league fields, one t -ball field, a
<br />concession/ restroom building, a basketball court and a children's playground. Work is currently under
<br />construction and is on time and within budget.
<br />ARCHITECTURE
<br />CPH has quickly become a leader in architecture, urban design, and interior space design. The team is fully
<br />staffed to provide Architecture, Urban Planning and Design, LEED® Analysis and Design, Master Planning,
<br />Interior Design, Urban Design, Programming, Space Needs Assessment and Planning, Cost Estimating, and
<br />Program Management services. Projects include: Retail /Commercial, Renovations, Healthcare, Hospitality,
<br />Mixed -use, Municipal Buildings (Police /Fire), Religious Facilities, Senior Living Facilities, Multi - Family,
<br />Warehouse, and Industrial Facilities.
<br />ENVIRONMENTAL
<br />CPH routinely provides environmental consulting services for numerous public and private clients throughout
<br />the United States. Services include: Preliminary Ecological Assessments, Resource Identification and Design
<br />Planning, Environment Permitting, Mitigation, Eminent Domain Proceedings, and Gopher Tortoise Recipient Site
<br />Management.
<br />SURVEYING
<br />CPH's surveying and mapping professionals include registered professional surveyors, survey technicians and
<br />survey field crews. CPH utilizes sophisticated, state -of- the -art equipment and technology, such as GPS (global
<br />positioning system) and GIS (geographic information system), traditional total station surveying methods, the
<br />latest computer aided design software, as well as High- Definition Laser Surveying, with a Leica HDS 3000 Laser
<br />Scanner. CPH surveying services include: Design surveys, Topographic surveys, Horizontal control surveys,
<br />Vertical control surveys, GPS surveys, Boundary surveys, Legal descriptions, As -built surveys, Quantity surveys,
<br />Construction surveys, Property transactions, Government infrastructure projects, and Plat Review.
