CPH's Relevant Experience and Qualifications <br />Our team has been providing consulting services since the 1960's in Florida and was established as a <br />Florida Corporation in 1981. CPH's in house capabilities include engineering, architecture, planning, <br />landscape architecture, MEP engineering, structural engineering, traffic /transportation engineering, <br />surveying, environmental science, and construction administration /inspection. Our firm has been <br />located in South Florida for over a decade and has nearby offices in Miami and West Palm Beach. <br />These offices are fully staffed with qualified full -time team members that can efficiently complete any <br />task that may be assigned under this contract. Our firm and our team members have successfully <br />completed architecture /engineering (A /E) services for over 150 local area projects, including <br />streets /roadways, sidewalks, traffic calming improvements, roadway safety improvements, drainage <br />improvements, site design for municipal buildings, utilities system analysis and design, stakeholder <br />coordination, environmental engineering, parks master planning, multi - purpose buildings design, <br />building rehabilitation, historic renovation, building expansion, and new facilities. Recently, our <br />proposed team worked together on a large economic redevelopment project in Plantation, Florida. As <br />a part of the redevelopment, CPH was responsible for traffic flow improvements, demolition plans, <br />concept planning, rehabilitation plans, landscape architecture, civil (utility and drainage), permitting, <br />and stakeholder coordination for the overall development which included 6 new buildings and 4 <br />existing buildings and overall 210,561 square feet of improvements. <br />6 CPH, Inc. /RFQ No. 14 -07 -02 <br />
