The CRA Team has successfully completed engineering and planning projects and services for projects which require the skills and experience to perform the work required for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. We believe that our experience and personalized service will be of significant benefit to the City. The CRA Team has the necessary experience not only in all aspects of civil engineering, landscape design and surveying but also in permitting, assisting in the administration of grants and familiarity with the needs of the City. Our experience and commitment to quality is the key to helping our Clients attain their goals. We completed the Lormar Drainage Improvement project for Miami Dade County Public Works Department. The scope of work for this project included the replacement of slab covered exfiltration trench with traditional exfiltration trench system. As part of the scope of work, our drainage design had to deal with conflicts with mailboxes, concrete stamped driveways and mature trees in the swales. Our design placed the exfiltration trench in locations to avoid conflicts with these types of items. As a member of a previous firm, we also have experience on completing a 712 acres neighborhood improvement project in Broward County. As part of this project, the design included an exfiltration trench system along the swales complemented with an outfall to a FDOT system. The scope of work also included presentation and information sessions with the homeowner's associations and business owners. Our team recently completed the design for a state -of- the -art astro -turf football field and competition grade running track for Calvary Chapel of Fort Lauderdale. The scope of included landscape design, grading and drainage design, permitting through the City of Fort Lauderdale and Broward County. The project was complete within an aggressive schedule to allow for the opening of the football field in time for the school year. Our team was able to adapt and work closely with our client to expedite the permitting and the construction of the track and field.
