We designed and built the first green building in Miami -Dade County, a Staples retail store (Biscayne Blvd) with a U.S.G.B.C. rating of "Gold ". We have set a series of green principles which have become our bench mark for the way we design. Dulce Conde, Primitivo Conde and Michael Figueredo bring experience and knowledge of the LEED certification process to their projects. In addition to Sol -ARCH being a qualified architectural firm, Dulce Conde owner and the firm qualifier has over 10 years experience working in the building and zoning department of the City of Coral Gables. For three years she worked as a permit clerk followed by seven years as a zoning technician. Her expertise in civic and governmental offices stem from being an end user for over 10 years. She not only understands the day to day interdepartmental relationships but she has experienced how the customer uses these types of facilities. This type of knowledge is rare and instrumental to the design of your facilities. Sol -ARCH can show possession of necessary facilities, technical ability and financial resources to execute the work in a satisfactory manner and our capacity to implement and complete the work within the time specified. Under the direction of Dulce Conde, Primitivo Conde and Michael Figueredo, Sol -ARCH has immense experience with state, Federal and local codes and laws as they apply to civic facilities.
