<br />Mr. Conde has 25 years of experience in architecture leading master planning and design teams for a wide
<br />range of multifaceted projects including corporate office and retail /commercial developments, hospitality
<br />resorts, cruise terminal structures, residential and multiuse developments and specialty facilities in both
<br />domestic and international markets. Mr. Conde is also the VP of Design and Construction for BAP
<br />Development, an affiliate development arm of Bermello Ajamil the architectural /engineering service firm, a
<br />position he has held for the last 5 years. Projects have included luxury residential and multiuse developments
<br />and responsibilities that include complete project oversight, initial due diligence, assistance with project pro -
