City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposal No. 14‐07‐02 12   <br />  <br />Section 3 <br />Evaluation Process <br /> <br />3.1 REVIEW OF PROPOSALS FOR RESPONSIVENESS <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the submission <br />requirements outlined in the solicitation. A responsive proposal is one which follows the <br />requirements of this solicitation that includes all documentation, is submitted in the format <br />outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br />required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br />proposal being deemed non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the most qualified <br />individual or firm for professional services based on an evaluation of the criteria described <br />herein. <br /> <br />3.2 QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Proposals shall include the following: <br /> <br />Technical Qualifications <br /> Proposer’s relevant experience, qualifications and past performance providing <br />services of the type required by this solicitation. <br /> Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including background and <br />references. <br /> Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in Section 2.1 <br />of this solicitation. <br /> Proposed solution functionality, implementation, other objectives and requirements <br />as stated. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3.2.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> <br />In order to be considered, Proposers shall provide sufficient information as part of <br />their proposal submission (submission shall not be limited to the information <br />below). All requested documentation and/or information shall be provided in the <br />Proposal. Proposers failing to provide sufficient documentation detailing their <br />qualifications, experience and extent and implications of proposal shall not be <br />considered. The Consultant shall be required to meet the following minimum <br />qualifications: <br /> <br /> The selected prime firms shall be registered firms licensed to conduct <br />business within the State of Florida. All professional services shall be <br />performed under the direction of a professional/professionals registered <br />or licensed with the State of Florida within their respective areas of <br />practice. <br />
