E <br />lTIMREE: <br />0 <br />As a firm that routinely handles several Continuous <br />Consulting Engineering Services contracts, our <br />organizational structure lends itself to providing design <br />services for multiple projects of various sizes in short <br />timeframes. The K &S Team recognize that strong <br />credentials, resources and ability to respond quickly <br />and efficiently are not sufficient, in and of themselves, <br />to guarantee successful performance on this contract. <br />The contract requires a management plan designed to <br />specifically address the staffing, monitoring, planning <br />and communications problems inherent in open - <br />ended contracts. Staffing will be set forth under relevant <br />disciplines below. <br />K &S survey needs will be assisted in a subconsultant capacity <br />by F.R.Aleman & Associates, Inc. (FRA). FRA, a woman and <br />Hispanic owned consulting firm, will provide underground <br />utility locates if necessary. <br />With over 120 professionals and 42 years history, K &S <br />is ready and able to respond to the City's diverse needs. <br />Tim Hall, P.E., will be the Team Project Manager. As such, <br />he will be the City's single point of contact for project <br />needs. Upon assessing the specific needs of the project, <br />Mr. Hall will have full access to all of K &S's multi - discipline <br />professionals to ensure that your needs are met.. He will <br />see that a qualified Project Manager is assigned dependent <br />upon work orders and project needs.
