<br />Mr. Wilson has 28 years of experience in the design and management of highway transportation
<br />projects in Florida and South Carolina. Mr. Wilson joined the consultant industry in 1994
<br />after 9 years with the FDOT. His project experience encompasses all aspects of highway
<br />design, from pavement rehabilitation to limited access interchanges and managed lanes

<br />Responsibilities include the design and permitting of a new closed storm drainage system
<br />and retention pond system, two signalized intersections, signing and marking plans, landscape

<br />Road to Spanish Lakes Boulevard. SR -713 is a rural, 2 -lane roadway with paved shoulders
<br />and swale drainage. The project also involved widening design for a new left turn lane,
<br />signalization upgrades ADA ramp improvements, signing and marking, sidewalk construction,

<br />Lucie County. The project scope involved pavement resurfacing and rehabilitation, signing
<br />and marking, guardrail improvements, shoulder repair, 6traffic monitoring sites, permitting

<br />directing project design staff involved in development and preparation of roadway construction
<br />documents including roadway plans, storm drainage, traffic control plans, signing and
<br />pavement marking plans, signal plans, and specifications. Also assisted the Project Manager
<br />with the development the Preliminary Engineering Report, drainage reports, permitting and
<br />day -to -day coordination between the FDOT, City of Port St. Lucie and multiple Developers.
