SR -713 is a rural, 2 -lane roadway with paved shoulders <br />and swale drainage. The project also involved widening design for a new left turn lane, <br />signalization upgrades ADA ramp improvements, signing and marking, sidewalk construction, <br />drainage modifications, utility coordination, permitting and landscaping.
