Mr. Kahn's full range of planning experience includes master planning, site <br />plan design, rezoning and land use plan amendments. The design manual was also subsequently <br />American Planning <br />approved by the City as a Regional Activity Center (RAC). The project received an Award <br />Association (APA) <br />of Excellence from the Florida APA in 2005.
