<br />Mr. Wilhjelm has over 24 years of surveying experience specializing in highway surveying and
<br />mapping with 15 of those years with Keith and Schnars. He was employed with the FDOT for 8
<br />years, primarily working on Right -of -Way Mapping projects. While working for Keith and Schnars,
<br />Mr. Wilhjelm has completed both Design and Right -of -Way Survey and Mapping projects. He has
<br />experience in every phase of a survey and mapping project from the planning of GPS sessions,
<br />compiling DTM's, computing historic baselines and to completion of right -of -way maps. He has
<br />extensive experience with a variety of engineering and surveying related computer software
<br />including MicroStation, Geopak, Caice and Trimble Geometrics Office. Mr. Wilhjelm has
<br />served or is serving as a Project Manager for three Districtwide Surveying and one Disrtrictwide
<br />Right -of -Way Mapping contracts for District 4 and 6. His project management experience
<br />includes staff supervision, quality control and scheduling. He serves the critical role of Quality
<br />Assurance Program Manager for the Survey Department to ensure the high quality of our survey
<br />staff and deliverables.

<br />Districtwide Miscellaneous Survey and Mapping, FPID: 250686- 1- 32 -16,
<br />Miami -Dade and Monroe Counties FL: Mr. Wilhjelm served as the Project Manager for
<br />District 6 Districtwide Miscellaneous Survey and Mapping contact from August 2005 to August
<br />2010. He supervised and oversaw various surveying casks needed by the Department from
<br />simple scakeout assignments, to a 5 -mile DTM. Projects were located in both Miami -Dade and
