ALEMAN <br />F Asx <v4+.Irc. <br />DENNIS STANTON Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Task Leader <br />Mr. Stanton has specialized in utility coordinating, mapping and protection of <br />subsurface utility systems for over 20 years. He has relevant and recent work <br />experience in designating, locating and plant protection projects. He has performed <br />utility investigations with a variety of electronic detection devices, survey equipment <br />and air /vacuum excavators on numerous projects throughout Florida, New York. <br />Virginia and Maryland. He has supervised over 10,000 test holes and over <br />1,000,000 utility feet of designating. <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Districtwide Utility Location Services, FDOT 6 (2009 - Present). FRA serves District <br />6 as a Prime consultant. Mr. Stanton is the Project Manager for this contract: he <br />facilitates a quick response to the Department when ordering subsurface exploration <br />services. He provides all the necessary services to designate, locate by excavation. <br />survey and map existing surface and subsurface utilities to support the design of <br />construction plans on projects selected by the Department. He provides exact <br />horizontal and vertical locations of existing underground utilities by way of <br />electromagnetic, sonic and other geophysical location techniques including vacuum <br />excavation. Contact: Mr. Tony Soto (305) 470 -5232 <br />Districtwide Utility Coordination Services, FDOT 6 (2006 - 2011; 2011 - Present). <br />Mr. Stanton serves as a Utility Coordinator as needed for this contract. During the life <br />of our initial contract. FRA received between a 4.0 and 4.7 composite grade. FRA <br />completed numerous major roadway projects under this contract and has provided <br />on -site services, as needed. <br />Tasks have included all phases of utility negotiations and relocation (electric, <br />telecommunications /cable, water /sewer, gas /fuel). FRA has provided Utility <br />Coordination services in accordance with FDOT's standards, policies and procedures <br />and is familiar with FDOT's utility agreements. FRA has worked with various utilities <br />companies (FPL Distribution, Transmission, Fibernet; Comcast: Bellsouth; Verizon; <br />Miami -Dade Water & Sewer; Level 3 Communications: Qwest Communications, etc.) <br />on multiple projects within Miami -Dade and Monroe County. Contact: Mr. Tony Soto <br />(305) 470 -5232 <br />Land Surveying Services, Miami -Dade County Public Schools (312004 - Present). <br />FRA has been awarded two consecutive contracts as a Prime consultant by the <br />MDCPS board. Under this contract we have performed nearly all types of survey <br />services including boundary, topographical, specific purpose, title searches, elevation <br />certificates, roof surveys, etc. Other types of work provided include to the school <br />board include ground penetrating radar (GPR), underground utility location and <br />designation. Mr. Stanton serves as the SUE coordinator for this project. Over the <br />course of the contract, we been assigned 96 Work Orders most of which were at <br />different schools, on many occasions the services were required immediately and <br />FRA's survey /utility crews have begun work within 24 hours of being issued. Mr. Stanton, as a SUE Coordinator, provides <br />all the necessary services to designate, locate by excavation, survey and map existing <br />surface and subsurface utilities to support the design of construction plans on <br />projects selected by the Department. He provides exact horizontal and vertical <br />locations of existing underground utilities by way of electromagnetic, sonic and other <br />geophysical location techniques including vacuum excavation. Mr. Stanton, as the Project Manager, provided all the <br />necessary services to designate, locate by excavation, survey and map existing <br />surface and subsurface utilities to support the design of construction plans on <br />projects selected by the Department. He provided exact horizontal and vertical <br />locations of existing underground utilities by way of electromagnetic, sonic and other <br />geophysical location techniques including vacuum excavation.
