<br />Ms. Callender is a trilingual (English, Spanish, and French) professional designer with
<br />I over 15 years of experience. Her career as a licensed professional Architect in Panama
<br />includes designing and managing high - profile urban projects. Since receiving her Masters
<br />of Landscape Architecture at Florida A &M University. Her expertise has been applied to
<br />numerous streetscapes and roadway designs. In addition to her design duties, Ms. Callender
<br />is responsible for reviews and quality analysis and control over projects as well as field
<br />inspections. Ms. Callender has considerable experience in all the major software systems
<br />Academic used in these types of designs including Autocad, Microstation, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop,
<br />Background Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe In- Design. She is also responsible for much of the Division's
<br />presentation plans and graphics.

<br />Panama, 1997 lighting plans, and construction observation for the 2 -mile section. Ms. Callender's role
<br />Professional for this project was primarily in re- design, the QA/QC process, and the extensive field

<br />Registered Landscape bus infrastructure facility serving as the primary vehicle entrance to Miami International
<br />Architect, Airport. Project tasks included tree relocations, landscape, irrigation and lighting plans, and
<br />FL #LA6667177 construction observation for the 4 -acre site and surroundings in conjunction with the LeJeune
<br />Professional Road design. Ms. Callender's role for this project was primarily re- design of sections during

<br />Miami -Dade County, FL: Landscape Design - This project is a 1.5 -mile section of an
<br />urban, developed road under total renovation through a section of downtown Miami. Ms.
<br />Callender's role included various landscape services such as tree inventory, appraisal, and
<br />distribution, landscape design, irrigation design, hardscape design, and lighting design. Client/

<br />Atlantic Boulevard Streetscape CRA, Pompano Beach, FL: Designer /Project
<br />Manager - This project is a significant Streetscape beautification improvement to an existing
<br />urban mixed use street of I -mile in length. Tasks included landscape inventories, ADA
<br />upgrades, landscaping, irrigation, decorative lighting, signage and improved storm water
<br />drainage for the main roadway corridor from US -1 to Pompano Beach beachfront. Ms.
<br />Callender's role also included significant public meetings and graphic presentations as well
<br />as coordination with other professional teams preparing designs on adjacent projects for
