Each Project Execution Plan is updated as <br />necessary as the project develops. <br />The level of detail in the Project Execution Plan is a function <br />of the size and complexity of the assignment; included in <br />the Plan are the following elements: <br />General information such as the project description <br />and location; <br />Scope of services that details each task, milestone and <br />deliverable; <br />Staffing plan with names of responsible individuals for <br />each major task and deliverable item including the <br />individual responsible for QA/QC; <br />Project schedule with line items for each major task <br />including QC reviews; <br />Project budget by task including labor, subconsultants <br />and other direct costs; <br />Billing plan including format, level of detail and <br />required backup; <br />The QC Plan; <br />An internal communication and coordination plan; <br />A client communication and coordination plan <br />including contact information and format and <br />frequency of progress reports; and <br />A document control plan identifying the status of <br />important documents and outlining which documents <br />will be archived and where. <br />In addition, a project specific QC Plan that includes the <br />following elements, will be prepared for each project: <br />• QC requirements for subconsultants; <br />• Identification of milestones requiring QA/QC reviews <br />• Individuals responsible for QA/QC reviews by task <br />element <br />• Descriptions of any specialized QC review or QA <br />procedures to be followed <br />• List of required supplemental reviews (bid - ability, <br />constructability, peer); and <br />• QA/QC log to be utilized by the Project Manager <br />In conclusion, K &S offers all the necessary components <br />for the successful execution of any and all assignments <br />authorized by the City.
